Hi, I’m Kayla Rowell—a lifestyle photographer based in Tallahassee, Florida. I am a wife to my husband Zach and a proud stay-at-home mom to our sweet two-year-old son, Aven. My journey into photography started from a deep love of capturing everyday moments- honest, heartfelt, and beautifully real.
With a background in teaching, I’ve always had a passion for connection and storytelling. Now, through my lens, I help others freeze time and preserve their most meaningful memories. Whether it's family sessions, couples, or individual portraits, my goal is to create a relaxed, natural experience where your true self can shine.

Becoming a mother has been the most transformative and humbling journey of my life. As a stay-at-home mom to my son, I’ve learned to slow down and find beauty in the smallest, simplest moments. From his giggles, his first steps, the quiet in-between. Every day with Aven inspires me to see life through a more tender, intentional lens, and that same perspective shapes the way I approach photography.
My love for photography began in high school, where I studied it for three years and bought my very first camera. What started as a creative outlet quickly grew into a lasting passion. Since 2015, I’ve been capturing life through my lens-learning, growing, and falling more in love with the art along the way. Recently, I’ve invested in new equipment to better preserve the beautiful, fleeting moments that deserve to be remembered. This journey has been years in the making, and I’m so excited to continue creating meaningful work for others.
